Back on Tuesday my friend Timothy lost his portfolio case, a black briefcase which many art students lug to college, so it's more than just a trendy accessory. And it's heavy. So when I reached home, I got a message from him saying that he lost it. To add matters worse, his final assignment was in it. :O Frankly I didn't know what to say. I really pitied him because he would have to redo it from scratch, and the submission date was next Tuesday!
But luck was smiling down on him. He messaged me again yesterday to tell me that the small mart (that strongly resembled 7 eleven minus the slurpee) along our college had kept the bag. Apparently he had unconsciously left it there! I was truly amazed by the honesty of these people as you hardly get good samaritans like these nowadays. I will never look at KK Mart in the same way again. :) It was almost as if God had really answered his prayers. Good on you, Timothy.
